PARENT & ME
Parent & Me is coed parent led, coach instructed and supervised, structured class or Open Gym Sessions.
Classes are ages 18 months to 4 years old.
Sign up for Parent & Me Class times
Open Gyms are 18 months to 5 years old.
GIRLS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Beginning at age 3 girls and boys* can begin independent recreational gymnastics classes.
Beginner 1 to Advanced Levels available, ages 3 to 18.
*boys can practice gymnastics up to the age of 5 in our program. At 5 we direct boys to our Tumbling Program.
COED TUMBLING
Beginning at the age of 5, coeds can learn Tumbling basics and beyond, brush up on skills, or just improve agility.
Levels 1 through 3 available.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Offering 2 different packages, different activity choices, and a food add on, you can make your little’s special day FLIPtastic!
GIRLS COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
USAG XCEL, PreOptionals, and Optional level Gymnastics available.
Competition Team is invitation only. Evaluation is required.
SUMMER SKILL CAMPS
Our Summer Skill Camps are age specific, instructional based camps, with an end of camp performance. Crafts & Snack is included.
